 ‘Sofie’s SOS Tape’ is a compilation of 26 hip-hop, soul, electronic and alternative tracks curated by Sofie Royer - who has since gone on to release three solo albums on Stones Throw, the most recent of which is ‘Young-Girl Forever’.
 Sofie was a founding member of Boiler Room and an NTS DJ for many years. ‘Sofie’s SOS Tape’, originally released in 2016, highlighted underground artists she was digging at the time, including Charlotte Dos Santos, DJ Harrison, Ahwlee, Mndsgn, Stimulator Jones, Braxton Cook, SiR, Jonwayne and many more.
 ‘Sofie’s SOS Tape’ is now reissued for the first time for a special edition run on Clear double vinyl, with original unique artwork by Gustavo Eandi.
 Many of the tracks on ‘Sofie’s SOS Tape’ have become cult favourites, including Sofie and Mndsgn’s lo-fi collaboration ‘Abeja’, ‘Soon Never Comes’ by Stimulator Jones and ‘Watching You’ by Charlotte Dos Santos.
 Sofie Royer has gone on to forge a successful career as a solo artist, with three albums on Stones Throw - ‘Cult Survivor’, ‘Harlequin’ and ‘Young-Girl Forever’ - on which she sings, writes, produces and plays multiple instruments.
 Sofie has collaborated with Tory Y Moi, Cola Boyy, &ME, MISS WORLD, Rebounder and Lewis OfMan.
 Sofie’s solo albums have received fantastic critical acclaim from Pitchfork, Rolling Stone, Monocle, The Independent, The Line of Best Fit, NPR, Crack, The Face, Loud & Quiet, L’Officiel, KEXP, KCRW, BBC 6 Music, Radio Nova, France Inter, FIP, WDR 1, Byte FM and many more.
 Sofie has been touring the US, UK and EU extensively in the past year, and playing festivals including End of the Road, SXSW and Reeperbahn. She has also opened for the likes of LCD Soundsystem, Lana Del Rey and Air.
 Sofie is very active on social media, with over seven thousand followers across channels, along with many of the artists on the mixtape who have hundreds of thousands of followers combined.
