Lisbon mainstay Tiago steps up for New York imprint TRNWRK, which is doing a good job of building an early vibe so far. This third outing is a limited hand-stamped 12" that pulls from Tiago's want for eclectic DJ sets and fearless productions. That spirit defines these cuts, starting with the raw and rice disco stomper 'Hit Me' while 'Operate Me Smoothly' pulls back with more minimal synthetic and swirling pads for an afterparty escape. 'Dungeon Arrest is rugged and ragged acid rawness, 'Bucket Of Blood' is an outlier with lumpy broken beats and rousing 80s chords given room to breathe. There's lots going on here, and all of it is quality.
