The secret of this Society for the Preservation of the Reed is no longer well kept, and it feels good: by closing its EP trilogy here, the band lead by Stéphane Oz Auzenet completes a beautiful masterpiece, made of pop erudition and neat arrangements. We discover here new portraits of great women too ignored by History like Miss Kellerman and Paulita Maxwell. Female voices are also invited, with Alma Forrer (French singer-songwriter) on the title Paulita Maxwell, or the promising Lonny (French folk artist) on the first single Holy Mood. An enchanting folk filled with pop, which sometimes dance with Ultimate Painting or Elliott Smith, Neil Young and The Velvet Underground. The Artwork is provided, once again by Barbara Chwast, and her paintings.
