Originally released in 2004, Big Breakfast Part 3 returns to Cyberfunk with two tracks from one of the most important acts of the Bassline Breaks era: The Breakfastaz.
Featuring Spit It Out and Hold Up, CFUNK 014 captures the raw energy, heavy bass pressure and tightly engineered breaks that made The Breakfastaz such a defining part of the early-2000s UK breaks sound.

Hold Up takes a deeper rolling route, driven by tight drums, heavy bass and the kind of stripped-back, heads-down momentum that worked so well in the clubs of the early 2000s.

A long-standing favourite from the Cyberfunk catalogue, it balances toughness with groove and still slots naturally into modern breaks sets more than twenty years after it first appeared.

Remastered for 2026, the track retains all of its original pressure while hitting with renewed clarity on contemporary systems.
