The best way to experience the Animals was live and this 4CD set is the nearest equivalent to actually being there. It includes all the Animals’ BBC Saturday Club studio sessions - 28 songs in all and in sparkling sound quality - plus a further 70 songs broadcast in front of live audiences in Paris, London and New York (including two by The Animals Big Band on Ready Steady Go; the boys supplementing their stage presence with a brass section).
