Tribute: Steve Hackett’s classical catalogue continues to get the reissue treatment. Tribute, originally released in 2008, saw Steve paying homage to some of his favourite composers including Bach, Byrd, Barrios and more, using only his nylon-stringed acoustic guitar. The album will be available as a Gatefold 180g LP for the very first time, and has been remastered especially for the format. The album will also return to CD as a special edition digipak (featuring the 2015 remaster). Metamorpheus: Steve Hackett’s classical catalogue continues to get the reissue treatment. ‘Metamorpheus’, originally released in 2005, is an expression on Orpheus and his passage through the underworld. It saw Steve collaborating with a horn and string section under the guise of The Underworld Orchestra, as well his brother John Hackett on flute & Dick Driver on double bass. Available on Gatefold 180g Vinyl for the very first time, and newly remastered especially for the format. Bay Of Kings The beginning of a series of reissues from Steve Hackett’s classical catalogue, showcasing his diverse skill. ‘Bay Of Kings’ was originally released in 1983, and is his first album of instrumental, classical guitar music, with contributions from Nick Magnus & John Hackett. Newly remastered especially for vinyl, this release comes in a gatefold sleeve on 180g vinyl, as well as a Special Edition CD Digipak. Includes 3 bonus tracks from a previous reissue. Momentum The beginning of a series of reissues from Steve Hackett’s classical catalogue, showcasing his diverse skill. ‘Momentum’ was originally released in 1988, and sees Steve crafting beautiful compositions, alongside contributions from his brother John Hackett on flute. Newly remastered especially for vinyl, this release comes in a gatefold sleeve on 180g vinyl, as well as a Special Edition CD Digipak. Includes 3 bonus tracks from a previous reissue.
