Sora-De is a new project born in 2025 from Artem Pismenetskii (founder of Dao De Noize)Pismenetskii is based in Ukraine and the Sora-De album was recorded in July 2025. 

The country is currently at war with Russia, yet even under difcult circumstances art can still thrive. OM Swagger's Ian Shirley was sent the music in 2025. It struck a chord with him as its musical and sparse beauty and reminded him of one of his favourite ambient albums. This was the self-composed soundtrack to the flm Upstream Colour released as an album by flm maker Shane Carruth in 2013. 

The Sora- De album comprises of seven ambient pieces and on the limited edition cassette, to ensure musical fow and maintain an ambient state all seven tracks are repeated on Side Two to avoid unnecessary rewinding. Play once, turn over and play again.
