 He learned to play the blues simply because he “wanted to know what it felt like to hit those wonderful notes,” without thinking about a band, recording, or performing live and certainly not to become famous in the slightest.
 He is one of the most authentic musicians, playing simply out of love for music. Snowy White has always had an uncomplicated approach to music and life that touches many people.
 His kindness and humility led him to make many friends who embraced the music in the same way and simply enjoyed the joy of making music together. He was a touring guitarist for Pink Floyd (‘Animals’ and ‘The Wall’), recorded two magnificent albums with Thin Lizzy (‘Chinatown’ and ‘Renegade’), and subsequently landed his first, unforgettable solo hit with ‘Bird of Paradise’.
 In addition to long-term engagements as a touring guitarist for Roger Waters, he also played on albums by Peter Green, Jim Capaldi, Phil Lynott (solo) and Linda Lewis, among others. Yet, throughout all the different phases of his career, he always played and sounded like “Snowy and his Les Paul Goldtop.”
