Soul/Disco/Funk single here for the first time ever on vinyl! The independent UK label Six Nine Records Ltd, based in Newcastle upon Tyne, proudly presents Skull Snaps and their first release with previously unreleased material. Skull Snaps were active during the 1970s (during the 1960s they called themselves The Diplomats and released a good amount of singles) and stand behind one of music history's most sampled drum breaks, which can be found in their 1973 tune "It's A New Day". Their releases from this time are true collector's items and fetch good money on the rare record market today. This new release contains two songs taken from a live session from the 1980s, which haven’t been heard by the world until now. Definitely not to be missed as it is a limited UK press with small hole and full colour printed picture cover!
