Bosnian Sev Dah's latest EP channels the raw urgency of classic Detroit, Berlin and Midlands techno through a lens of resistance, unity and struggle. He kicks off with the shadowy echoes of 'Kadinjaca Hill', which leads into the driving urgency of 'Odjek Koraka.' 'Pad Okova' then slashes through with piercing chords, while 'Tebi, Moja Dolores' carries a mournful yet defiant spirit. Fuelled by ever-present techno themes of freedom and justice, this is techno with a mission, and it is unapologetic and fiercely grounded, as the best of the green always should be.
