RAWAX's dedicated Ricardo Villalobos series hits number ten with two more exquisite minimal house sounds from the rightly lauded Chilean master. 'Monostereo' finds him dialling into a decidedly club-ready groove - rather than the floating, empty abstractions of some of his work, this focuses on a dubby, lumpy, loopy house groove that has real weight and a subtle swirl of soft pads up top brings the requisite headiness. 'Kornflakes' on the flip is a more warped sound with smudged and smeared synths and textured modulations that tickle the senses. Pure class as always.
