Both tunes continue to carve out his own soulful, sample-driven corner of hip-hop and r&b, starting with 'A Little Personal' with its elegant strings and classic boom-bap era drums topped with a silky smooth and loved-up vocal. The B-side, 'Pete's Soul' is a fitting tribute and nod to make great from this world and bumps gently but with a catchy vocal edge.
