To mark a decade in business, Danish distribiution firm SAFE has decided to offer up this anniversary EP featuring a quartet of cuts from artists associated with the outlet. One Touch kicks things off with the deeply spacey, fluid and nostalgic dreaminess of 'Desire', which sits somewhere between contemporary deep house breaks and LTJ Buken style late 90s liquid drum & bass, before Mandee takes us to more sleazy, buzzing and lo-fi pastures via the tech-house minimalism of 'Pepper Skin'. Over on side B, 'Ego Aside' by Track & Trace delivers ambient house for the mid 21st century, while Jangpadawan's 'Supra (Spoken Dub)' is a wonderfully loose-limbed slab of sunrise-ready breaks rich in sun-bright melodies and warming, ambient adjacent chords.
