Recorded at home, in concert or in studios all over the world, This album looks at extended versions of tracks like Jewel, the UK & U.S Hit single Get it On & Elemental Child, Rare live versions of songs like the very heavy version of Buick Mackane performed in the studio or even acoustic home demos of the hit singles Metal Guru & Truck On recorded two and a half years before it was released with Mary Hopkins on additional vocals. Hit singles Ride a White Swan, Hot Love, Jeepster and Telegram Sam appear in rare studio jamming sessions or live broadcasts
• Bonus disc features previously unheard recordings of Marc and Mickey running through tracks that would appear on their eponymous T. Rex album.
• The majority of recordings on this album have never appeared on CD the 4 or 5 that have appeared over 10 years ago and are from superior source and have been re mastered to create a hugely superior sound
