FTLT (F**k The Long Talk) is a catalogue release from Klashnekoff, one of UK Hip-Hop's most respected and uncompromising voices, originally released in 2011 and currently available on vinyl. The eighteen-track album was built with a run of trusted collaborators including B Clever, Last Resort, DJ Whoo Kid & Red Spyda, Beat Butcha and Match Stick, applying a US-influenced boom-bap foundation to distinctly British subject matter, delivered with the forceful, battle-hardened flow Klashnekoff is known for. Tongue-in-cheek skits sit alongside razor-sharp freestyles and full-bodied verses, with the loosest, most spontaneous moments - the freestyles, the off-the-cuff jams - standing out as the record's real highlights. Featuring cuts like "Dat Time," "Brand New Day," "Match Time" and the title track "FTLT," this is unfiltered underground Hip-Hop from a genuine scene veteran, a staple for collectors and crate diggers alike.
