A spacey-synth led, soft soul, reggae rarity, rooted firmly in a London scene of yesteryear, that sounds more like it's steppin' into tomorrow.

“Flying was written about me seeing the world from above at a time when there was so much tension with wars and the policing politics, I was just looking at the war zones and felt free at the prospect of being high in the sky, free from all the negativity that was happening. Lovers rock had exploded in Britain and it was a breath of fresh air. Back in the day sound systems could string up the giant speakers and that’s when the dances were the best.”
