For this twilight journey, Hyperrêve reunites with Bill Pritchard — the British singer-songwriter who has collaborated with Étienne Daho and Daniel Darc, and was already at his side on the mini-album «Delphine» — alongside Scott Ralph (Robbie Williams, Franz Ferdinand). Recorded in Manchester, the record cultivates an Anglo-Saxon classicism: warm brass, airy arrangements, catchy melodies imbued with wistful sweetness.
A luminous presence: Laure Calamy lends her radiant and intense voice to two tracks, including the finale. The actress from «Call My Agent!» dialogues with Samuel Lequette like a loving echo, a spectral and benevolent presence. Pritchard also sings with him on two bilingual duets («Qui fait partie de nos réseaux», «Bleu»), weaving a fragile thread between French chanson and British elegance.
