 Written during and after a year touring the world, ‘Sweet American Boy’ expands the raw honesty that built honestav’s audience while pushing his sound into bigger, rock-driven territory, as heard on ‘Can’t Let Go’, ‘Storm In This House’ and ‘Crash First’.
 Across 16 tracks, honestav wrestles with family history, addiction, grief, love and the complicated reality of chasing - and catching - the dreams he once chased. It’s honestav at his most vulnerable, self-aware and ambitious - an evolution of his signature storytelling that feels larger, louder and more unfiltered than ever before.
