 ‘Burnout Codes’ was recorded and produced by Karl Loftingsmo Pedersen and Ariel Joshua Sivertsen (Ondt Blod, Die A Legend) in Bodo, Tromso and Oslo, and mixed by Magnus Lindberg (Cult Of Luna). The artwork and design is by Annika Linn Verdal Homme of the band Daufodt.
 Since their inception in Tromso in 2017, the Norwegian (dark) indie (punk) rock band Heave Blood & Die have been hailed by national radio as one of the most exciting new bands, playing big festivals like Oya, Roskilde, Reeperbahn and SXSW, and touring with Kvelertak.
 ‘Burnout Codes’ is the band’s fourth full album and is dedicated to their former bass player, Eivind Andre Imingen.
 On their new record you still hear their typical cold and hypnotic apocalypse sounds, but now they’re more emotional, energetic, varied and colourful - a mix of atmospheric 1980s darkwave, indie (post / punk) rock and electronic Krautrock.
