 Radric Delantic Davis (born February 12, 1980), known professionally as Gucci Mane, is an American rapper. He is credited, along with fellow Atlanta-based rappers T.I. and Jeezy, with pioneering the hip-hop subgenre ‘trap music’ for mainstream audiences during the 2000s. His debut studio album, ‘Trap House’ (2005) was released by the independent label Big Cat Records and entered the Billboard 200. It was followed 
by ‘Hard to Kill’ (2006), which spawned his first Billboard Hot 100 entry with its second single, ‘Freaky Gurl’. That same year, he released his third album, ‘Trap-A-Thon’, before signing with Atlantic Records to release his fourth album, ‘Back to the Trap House’ (2007).
 October 2006: Atlanta was rewriting hip-hop, and Gucci Mane’s ‘Hard to Kill’ was the blueprint. His sophomore LP paired Radric Davis with a young Zaytoven across a run of church-organ-and-808 beats that would define trap for a generation. Twenty years later, the record that built modern trap gets the anniversary pressing it earned.
 This special vinyl edition not only revives one of his most pivotal early projects in warm, analogue form, but expands it with exclusive bonus tracks that showcase the hunger, charisma and relentless work ethic that earned Gucci his ‘Hard to Kill’ reputation.
