Chicago house architect Glenn Underground also has a love of disco, and it comes pouring out in the many volumes of this Classiques series he has put out over the years. The latest is another delicious slab of dancefloor lushness, starting with 'You & Me' (Guakacvobreak Down) with its funky bass slaps and low slung groove. 'Play It For Me (One More Time)' (GU remix) also works the bass but embellishes it with some bright melodies and a silky rhythm, then 'Earth Can Be Just Like Heaven' takes off on a speedier groove with big stabs and vocals. 'Hawkeye' (GU Remaster) sinks back into a deeper, more sensuous sound for lights-down moments.
