"The idea behind Toile vierge was to pay tribute to the amazing women who cross our paths. Through six pieces, I tried to express this ode to women in a much more organic fashion then I have on any previous album; __ there is a certain impulsivity and tenderness that emerges from this new creative process. We have all, in one way or another, encountered a woman who has completely redefined how we see things and have shaken us, positively and/or negatively. It is through these experiences, an electric guitar and some pedal effects that Toile vierge was created" --Francis Tremblay
