Double UK Blues Awards fnalist and Number 1 IBBA artist Emma Wilson releases her much anticipated studio album described as "Gold waiting to be found" & "Excellent, as expected".Emma Wilson burst on to the British Blues scene taking the UK by storm with her vibrant and visceral live performances

A dynamic soulful singer she is nominated in the British Blues Awards 2022 "Emerging Artist of the Year" category.Emma's previously released EP's have reached Number 1 in the UK IBBA charts and received rave reviews and a huge amount of international airplay as well as "The Blues Show on BBC Radio 2".

The music on the record arcs over Blues, Northern Soul, Rock & Gospel, Emma's infuences being Ann Peebles, Aretha, Mavis Staples, Little Feat, Robert Cray. However this is Emma's own record, she has created a body of work referencing her infuences brilliantly and maintaing her own unique sound.

Emma achieved this by bringing together the cream of the UKs musicians Mat Hector (Drummer, also with Iggy Pop Band) Mark Neary (Bass, who works for Noel Gallagher) and Adam Chetwood (Mark Ronsons 'go to' guitarist and Imelda Mays touring band).The album was recorded in a traditional "Live" setting which has created a rich beautiful band feel with Emma's truly sensational voice being the main feature.
