The 2LP set features the album Painted From Memory plus 6 selections from Taken From Life – the stage score of Painted From Memory, 3 of which are newly recorded Bacharach & Costellosongs. LPs are pressed on 140g weight vinyl and audio is remastered by Bob Ludwig from the analog tapes. The 4CD + 2LP box includes 45 songs: 19 previously unreleased recordings and 3 newly recorded Bacharach & Costello songs. Audio is remastered by Bob Ludwig. The box includes the Painted From Memory album, Taken From Life – the stage score of Painted From Memory and numerous live recordings all explained by Costello in an 11,000 word essay. The 2CD set features the full Painted From Memory album on CD1. CD2 features Taken From Life – the stage score of Painted From Memory, including 3 newly recorded Bacharach & Costellosongs.
