Mexico's Isaac Prieto and Detroit techno originator DJ Roach come together for this new collaborative release between Detroit Vinyl Room and Nuestro Futuro Records. Roach gets things underway with the slithering electro-infused techno of 'Transitions' before 'Detroit Vinyl Room' is stripped back to punchy drum work and raw Motor City claps. Prieto offers a trio of scintillant sounds, starting with the silky late-night journey that is the 'Flash' (Late Night Reshape), which races on a smooth juke rhythm. 'Sunday Techno' the gurgles and bubbles with the sort of low-key threat that lingers in the air after a long session and 'In Sync' brings jazzy keys for a more playful close.
