Roofman is a new biographical crime-comedy flm directed by Derek Cianfrance (Blue Valentine, The Place Beyond the Pines), starring Channing Tatum, Kirsten Dunst, and Peter Dinklage

Based on an unbelievable true story, Roofman follows Jeffrey Manchester (Tatum), an Army veteran and struggling father who turns to robbing McDonald's restaurants by cutting holes in their roofs, earning him the nickname: Roofman. The flm's score was composed by Grizzly Bear multi-instrumentalist Christopher Bear, with contributions from The War on Drugs' Jon Natchez.

Christopher Bear is a drummer and multi- instrumentalist member of the Brooklyn-based indie-rock group Grizzly Bear. He continues developing his independent career, most recently working on arranging soundtracks for the HBO series High Maintenance,and scoring the 2023 flm Past Lives alongside his bandmate Daniel Rossen.
