Alfabet Records opens the page on chapter two with a split EP from Romanian duo Bread&Butter aka Mihai Moldovan and Octavian Belintan, plus the long-time minimal favourite Jay Tripwire. The former kick things off with 'Iceman', a warm and liquid, dubby and undulating rhythm for late ight immersion, then the pair layer in some subtle synth wonder with dreamy pads and keys that are light and beautiful on 'Dijana D.' Tripwire's 'Grandma's Dirty Boy' is a grubby, hunched over minimal sound with creaking effects and shadowy darkness, then 'Jazz Noire' is a lumpy cut with eerie drones and an occult atmosphere that closes down a superbly stylish EP.
