 ‘Atavism & Dying Stars’ is the second album of the Italian black metal band Aran Angmar, founded by guitarist Stavros Bondi, after their praised debut ‘Black Cosmic Elements’ in 2021, which also featured Dutchmen Michiel Van Der Plicht (Pestilence) on drums and Jesse Peetoom aka Lord Abagor on vocals.
 Aran Angmar have developed their sound with this new album, and they deliver faster and fiercer black metal with roots in Greek atmosphere and powerful depth, now with new line-up additions Simone Esperti (bass) and Alessandro Cupici (drums).
 The album was mixed and mastered to perfection at Necromorbus Studio by the legendary Tore Stjerna (Mayhem, Watain, Valkyrja) and features sinister creations by Seth Siro Anton (Septicflesh) as cover art.
