While a picture disc version of "Hello Operator" b/w "Jolene" was available in 2010 from Third Man's subscription-only series the Vault, the black vinyl, picture sleeve version is now available for all to buy and will be kept in print eternally. The sole single off of the Stripes sophomore "De Stijl" album, "Hello Operator" was the first song John Peel ever played by the band. If that wasn't enough, the B-side showcases the band's cover of Dolly Parton's "Jolene" a long-time fan favorite the studio version only ever available on this single.
