Welcome on FLOOR 13! After the big success of their 2021 album ‘No-Tell Hotel’ with a chart entry on position #3 in their home country Switzerland, BLACK DIAMONDS decided to give their fans some new and unreleased stuff, before they record a new album. On ‘Floor 13’ you will find some unreleased own songs as well as some cover versions, acoustic tracks, live tracks and a song called ‘Do-Tell Hotel’, where they lead the fans through the process of making ‘No-Tell Hotel’. The band was founded back in 2004 by singer Mich Kehl and bassist Andy Barrels, hit the spot of the international audience for the first time with their 2017 album ‘Once Upon A Time’. The album was presented live on tour with Swedish Melodic Rockers H.E.A.T. 2018 followed a second tour with Swiss Heavy Rockers CRYSTAL BALL to promote the album. In the meantime, they have also played renowned festivals like BANG YOUR HEAD FESTIVAL, ROCK THE RING FESTIVAL or H.E.A.T. FESTIVAL. But even before the release of ‘Once Upon A Time’ the band was highly active. They released the two albums ‘First Strike’ and ‘Perfect Sin’ and played live a lot. In 2021, the band returned with their 4th studio album titled ‘No-Tell Hotel’, which marked the first album with their new guitarist Chris Johnson. He followed Andreas ‘Dee’ Rohner who left the band on his on will. Followed by their first headlining tour through Germany and Switzerland, BLACK DIAMONDS are now ready to hit the road again in 2022!
