Almost every record has a story to tell, except for Paradise And Back Again. The ninth studio album by Dutch vocalist is basically a collection of fantastic songs, with each their own background story. For several years, Anouk has been writing her music with the help of two Swedish songwriters; Tobias Karlsson for the pop oriented songs, and Martin Gjerstad for soul and blues tracks. This time the collaboration resulted in twelve solid songs, which have been constructed with great care. The album includes the two fan favourite tracks “Wigger” and “Places To Go”. The cover features a painting of Anouk, made by Esther Barend.

Paradise And Back Again is available as a limited edition of 1000 individually numbered copies on orange coloured vinyl and includes an insert with lyrics.
