Together with classically-trained guitarist and avant-garde autodidact Steve Parry, he created the restless, eerie batch of metallic polyrhythms, fractured avant-blooz and subaquatic noise klangs now titled ‘Womb’, which, with benefit of hindsight, roughly resemble aspects of Craig Leon’s ‘Nommos’ from the same year, or even far out John Fahey experiments, and early NWW and Robert Rental spectres - although they were quite unaware of all the above at the time.
