'Augmented 1' opens up in stripped-down and functional fashion with throbbing drums and evolving synth modulation built specifically for the late-night hours. 'Augmented 2' is the real highlight with a rolling bassline and eerie strings creating a sense of drift while keeping enough rhythmic intensity to hold the floor. 'Augmented 3' closes things on abstract, cinematic terms, all tension and pulsed chords. Sparse but never thin, this is confident, disciplined techno with unmistakable Motor City roots running through every track.

Side 1
A1. "Augmented 1"
A2. "Augmented 2" (Infinite Worlds mix)
Side 2
B1. "Augmented 3" (Visual Shapes mix)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0130/8714/6043/files/2_ed7ffa71-7944-414b-a6cd-45335233d7a7.jpg?v=1792406219
https://www.horizonsmusic.co.uk/products/optic-nerve-aka-keith-tucker-augmentations-ep-clear-vinyl-12
