On the track, vocals hum barely above a whisper as clean guitar wraps around horns before the high register hook takes hold. It ends on a crescendo straight out of a Sixties cop show.\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e Bass-y piano revs up ‘Monster Truck’, which Zach calls “somewhere between musical theater and classic rock.”\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003e Meanwhile, ‘Checkmate’ moves ice cold vocals and boisterous horns across the board.
