The ten tracks are rhythmically intricate and operate outside rigid genre lines as they traverse various tempos - sometimes with a dreamy looseness like on 'Poire Noire' and at other times, such as on 'Meristem' there is a more propulsive feel, but still serious amounts of rich, emotive synth work and well-crafted texture.
