It has been many years since they stopped turning out new material - sadly - but their archive tracks are still in hot demand and undeniably relevant. While 1999's 'Lady Science' might be their most famous offering, this EP from 2001 on Aspect Music is no less vital and it will currently cost you well over L250 on second-hand markets. It is Ford's Trelik label who reissues it here in all its glory: the entirety of the a-side is taken up with 'Law Of Grace,' a delightfully deep and breezy minimal dub house roller with pensive chords draped over the frictionless drums. 'Meltdown' has a more experimental feel with brushed metal drums beneath a wordless vocal musing. The cult 'Lady Science' (Tek Mix) is also inched with the whole package being remastered by D&M to make this one utterly essential.

Tracklist
Side 1
1. "Law Of Grace"
Side 2
1. "Meltdown"
2. "Lady Science" (Tek mix)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0130/8714/6043/products/1_ebdb22f7-30c5-4b8a-9601-6ac025c806e0.jpg?v=1670407485
edward-streams-of-time-ep
EDWARD - Streams Of Time EP

Format: 12" Vinyl
Catalogue No.: TR037
Release Date: 03 Aug 2026 (repress)
Genre: Minimal/Tech House

REPRESS ALERT!: Few labels do minimal as well as Trelik and in terms of artists, Edward is also as good as they come right now. He brings with him a belated sequel to his 2023 EP Disco Power. The Mexican begins in fine form via the tease-and-release, disco-funk powered disco-house slammer 'Give It To Me', before opting for a more elastic and rubbery groove on the similarly-minded peak-time bounce of 'Let Me Dance'. Hotmood decides to breathe new life into a string-laden, cowbell-sporting 1970s disco workout on 'That's What You Had', once more exploring effects-laden disco-house dynamics, while closing cut 'Summer Nights' sees him making merry with loops and samples from an old Earth, Wind and Fire favourite and some suitably powerful beats.

Side 1
A1. "Give It To Me"
A2. "Let Me Dance"
Side 2
B1. "That`s What You Had"
B2. "Summer Nights"

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0130/8714/6043/files/1_f9ed0ea7-6305-4c39-9215-cc61b217d586.jpg?v=1785841497
nite-hawk-ride-me-ep
NITE HAWK - Ride Me EP

Format: 12" Vinyl
Catalogue No.: OWL015
Release Date: 03 Aug 2026
Genre: Disco/Nu-Disco

Nite Hawk is a new name to us, but one we'll be keeping an ear on, just off the back of this new EP on York-based John Devecchis's The Owl label. The opener plays with a classic rhythm and serves it up with a bleeping synth sequence that will also be familiar, while the rickety drums unfold in off-grid patterns. It's a great start before 'Shake Ya Rump' brings machine-made disco with sugary synths and playful vocals over funky basslines, then 'Be Together' closes with another cold analogue groove that ramps up the pressure and is the sort of tasteful and timeless crowd pleaser you will be playing forever.

Side 1
A1. "Ride Me"
Side 2
B1. "Shake Ya Rump"
B2. "Be Together"

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0130/8714/6043/files/1_d7c72abb-3d7e-4ecb-a2eb-c2bcc604dfe9.jpg?v=1785841518
los-diablos-locos-shake-your-filter
LOS DIABLOS LOCOS - Shake Your Filter

Format: limited 180 gram vinyl 12"
Catalogue No.: SUSH79
Release Date: 03 Aug 2026
Genre: Minimal/Tech House

Late 90s West Coast house is a small but crucial scene if you ask us. Now, some gems from that era resurface with this reissue on Sushitech - a label that has always done this sort of thing right. Here the Berlin crew restores a sought-after cut from Tim Buna and the late Eric James aka E.T.I. and Tony Hewitt. 'El Locomotion' runs on tight drum programming, acidic synth lines and a driving low-end with patterns looping in short, propulsive cycles. 'Soulfuric' leans into rougher textures, pairing swung percussion with distorted bass. The production retains tape grit and analogue edge and will be well known to those who have danced to the sm,einal Tyrant mix by Craig Richards and Lee Burridge.
